Yes, we have a watchmaker on site that has experience doing full overhauls on a variety of brands including Rolex, Omega, Seiko, etc.
Our watch repair services range from simple battery changes and link adjustments to overhauls and crystal replacements.
Do you do jewellery appraisals?
Yes, we have Graduated GIA Certified Gemologists ready to appraise your jewellery and provide insurance replacement quotes for your fine jewellery and gemstones.
Do you make custom jewellery?
Yes, we specialize in custom work including anything from 10KT, 14KT, 18KT, 21KT to 24KT, Platinum, and Special Forever White 19KT Gold.
We use newly casted gold to prevent pitting and defects, and mix fresh alloys to order.

What is estate jewellery?
Estate jewellery can come from a variety of sources including jewellery store closures, liquidations, auctions, or jewellery trade-ins. Any previously owned items in our Estate Collection is is refinished and polished to 90% condition or better by our team of in-house goldsmiths. We will never sell estate jewellery at new or replacement prices, and offer a collection of estate jewellery at a 55% discount. Enjoy gorgeous fine jewellery at an exceptional price.
Is my jewellery sent out during repairs?
Your jewellery is never sent out during repairs, all of our work is done on site using in-house experts. That means that we eliminate the middle men in order to provide you with competitive pricing, quality assurance, and quicker turn around times.
Your jewellery is also stored and locked in a safe with insurance coverage.
Do you do jewellery replacement quotes?
Yes, damaged, lost or stolen jewellery can be a headache. Allow our experienced specialist handle all of the paperwork for your jewellery insurance replacement.
What is your return policy?
Our goal is to make sure that you’re happy with your purchase from us. However, we understand the idea of having second thoughts and we want to make returns and exchanges as simple as possible. You may initiate a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
*We will only issue returns on items that are in original condition with tags attached.*
All returns are subject to inspection and authentication by one of our jewellery experts. We may accept returns on sized rings, but we’re unable to refund any charges on sizing or modifications made to items.

What are your shipping options?
Our shipping options include Canada Post, FedEx, or UPS/Purolator. All of our shipments include the option of a required signature upon delivery. We do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged packages.
Your order will generally be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after the confirmation that your payment was made and cleared.
Can I pick up my items locally?
You’re more than welcome to visit our retail location in Kitchener Waterloo if it’s more convenient for you. Please select the “In-Store Pickup” option at checkout and we’ll be sure to make arrangements to have your package ready at our store.
